Use the library example to separate camera purpose from placement
PEI's Public Library Service publishes camera locations and views for Charlottetown Library Learning Centre, alongside its recording-access policy. This is a specific library example, not a camera requirement for other Charlottetown properties. For a new layout, document the purpose of each proposed view, distinguish entrance coverage from interior activity, and define authorized access before choosing positions. Do not treat the library's two-week storage policy as a business-wide rule.
