Separate shared circulation areas from private spaces
PEI's library surveillance policy lists camera coverage at Summerside Rotary Library, including lobby and circulation areas and views outside washroom doors. It is a library-policy example, not authority to monitor private spaces at another building. For a Summerside CCTV project, mark shared routes and privacy exclusions on the actual floor plan, then review notice, permitted viewing and retention for the owner's use. The published list does not establish current camera condition or a town-wide layout standard.
